Features of the Overhead Crane:
1. New national standard Q235B and Q355B.
2. Trolley rail is made of high strength hot rolled flat steel.
3. Epoxy zinc-rich painting for one bottoms and two sides of 120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan, beautiful appearance and good luster.
4. Forged hook, wide throat opening and slip resistant safety hook ensure the safety and efficiency.
5. The girder and end beam are connected together by high strength bolts to ensure the structure strength and precision of the whole machine.
6. The end beams are equipped with flat wheel or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment
preventing end plate.

European FEM standard Double Girder Overhead Crane is an advanced overhead crane developed independently and in line with market demand. 3. After welding, main girder is through shot blasting treatment, gets Sa2.5 class, and eliminate welding stress.
4. Main girder and end girder adopts bolted connection to ensure strength and accuracy of the whole set.
5. Trolley and crane adopt three-trinity driving mechanism, frequency stepless speed regulating, hard-tooth surface, disc brake.
6. Working level gets to A6 and has low noise.
7. Employ steel rope with high tensile strength of 2,160 kN/mm2

1. Multiple protection measures such as interlocking, overload protection, zero protection, limit protection to ensure reliable operation of the crane.
2. Steel drum with the wire rope in small deflection angle, which effectively prevents from abrasion.
3. The hoisting motor is equipped with an independent air cooling system & thermal protection function. Crane driving IP54, F class insulation, contact continuity reaches 40% ED.
4. It has independent braking system which has the function of automatic abrasion compensation. If there are special requirements, it can be equipped with two braking systems.
5. Advanced PLC automatic detection and friendly man-machine interface, which can measure/calculate and monitor the performance/safety and operating conditions of the crane.
