What are the requirements of the safety operation about the gantry crane?
1. General safety requirements for gantry crane operation
A, the command signal should be clear, and in line with the provisions ;
B, hanging rope between the angle is less than 120 degrees, so as to avoid excessive force hanging rope;
C, rope, chain through the edges and corners should be added liner;
D, when the command object is turned over, the center of gravity should be changed smoothly, and the action should not be generated;
E, in the lower part of the suspension weight, should first contact with the driver and set up a direct bearing device;
F, many people tied hanging, it should be a person in charge of the command.
2, safety inspection and inspection cycle requirements
(1), the following conditions should cope with a gantry crane according to the relevant standards of inspection:
A, the normal work of the gantry crane, once every two years;
B, after a major overhaul, the new installation and transformation of the gantry crane, in the delivery of the use need to detect before ;
C, gantry crane which the idle time more than one year , need to detect before use.
D, after a storm, earthquake and major accidents, may make the strength, stiffness, stability of the component and the importance of the mechanism, such as damage to the gantry crane.
(2), working heavy and during the bad environment, the regular inspection cycle may not be less than once a month, the periodic inspection period shall not be less than once a year.
